The Membership & Loyalty Card brings three independently enabled uses into one showcase: membership, points-based loyalty and coupons & promotions. Each member then receives their own personal card and member QR.
This avoids multiplying media. An association can use membership only, a local business can enable loyalty plus coupons, and a club can combine all three modules in the same experience.
Image slot 1 — one card, three modules
Suggestion: a member card on a smartphone in the centre, connected to three blocks labelled “Membership”, “Loyalty” and “Coupons & promotions”. Clearly show that this is one personal card with one member QR. Recommended format: 1200 × 630 px.
Three independent modules in one Membership & Loyalty Card
The showcase lets you enable or disable separately:
- Membership card: member identity, number, level, role, status and validity;
- Points & rewards: earning, balance, progress, rewards and history;
- Coupons & promotions: public campaigns or personal offers integrated into the card.
At least one module must remain enabled, but you do not have to use all three. The same showcase type can therefore suit an association, club, local retailer, gym, salon, restaurant or another membership or loyalty programme.
Create a real membership card with number, level and validity
When Membership is enabled, every member can receive a unique number using a prefix chosen by the organisation. The card can also display a category or level, role or function, joining date, validity period and membership status.
For example, you can manage:
- a Standard, Premium or Gold member;
- a role such as Member, Volunteer, Partner or Employee;
- an active, pending, suspended or expired card;
- a membership duration defined in months;
- a renewal without changing the personal card or its QR.
Renewal extends the member validity while keeping the same public identity. A card already saved or printed therefore remains usable after renewal.
Choose exactly what appears on the card
The member profile can be adapted to the context. You decide whether the card shows the name, member number, organisation, level, role, joining date, validity, status, email, phone number, photo and personal QR.
An association may display more membership information, while a retailer may keep a very simple card focused on points and benefits.
A member photo can be added from the management area. It is stored outside direct public storage and is served to the card through GreenQRCode's intended member-card path.
Public registration or manual member creation
You can allow visitors to create their own card from the public programme page, or close new registrations and manage members only from your workspace.
For public registration, name, email and phone fields can be hidden, optional or required. You can also require at least one contact method. Privacy consent is required before the card is created.
The status assigned after registration can be active or pending, which makes it possible to review a membership before considering it validated.
One personal card and one QR for each member
After creation, the member opens a personal card through an individual link. Depending on enabled modules, it can display their member number, membership status, membership details, loyalty balance and eligible coupons.
The card can also display the member's personal QR. This QR differs from the programme's public QR: it identifies the relevant personal member card. It can be presented from a phone or printed with the membership card.

Suggestion: smartphone displaying member name, member number, ACTIVE status, Premium level, validity, points balance and member QR at the bottom.
Loyalty: earn by visit or according to an amount
The Loyalty module supports two earning models:
- points per visit: for example 1 or 2 points for each visit;
- points according to an amount: points calculated from the amount entered for the operation.
You then define a reward threshold and label, for example “10 points = one free coffee” or “200 points = member benefit”.
This is not an online payment system: GreenQRCode manages the points programme and loyalty operations. The professional records points or rewards from their workspace.
Welcome bonus, progress and history
If desired, a welcome bonus can be credited when a member registers. On the personal card you can show or hide the balance, progress bar, next reward and transaction history.
When the member earns points, the operation increases the balance. When a reward is redeemed, the balance is adjusted and the use is recorded. The history allows the member to review displayed movements when that option is enabled.
Coupons & promotions: no separate QR required
The Coupons & promotions module is part of the Membership & Loyalty Card. You do not create a separate QR type for every coupon: offers are managed as programme campaigns and can appear on the public programme page or the member's personal card.
You can create several types of benefit:
- percentage discount;
- fixed discount;
- gift or free product;
- buy one, get one offer;
- custom offer.
A campaign can have a start date, end date, validity after assignment, global usage limit and maximum number of uses per member.
Shared public code or personal code per member
Two distribution methods are available:
- shared public code: the same code is used for an open campaign;
- personal code: GreenQRCode assigns a code specifically to the eligible member.
Personal campaigns are useful when an offer must be limited to one person or a specific category. The professional validates coupon use from the GreenQRCode workspace, which records redemption and prevents use beyond configured limits.

Suggestion: member card on a smartphone with a “15% off” offer, personal code, validity date and “Present this coupon” action.
Target coupons according to member profile or activity
A campaign can be available to everyone or limited to a defined segment. Targeting can include:
- all members;
- active members;
- a specific category or membership level;
- new members during a defined period;
- members whose loyalty reward is ready.
A member who does not match the targeting does not receive a personal offer as if it were intended for them.
Manage members from one workspace
The manager can create members manually, edit their profile, add a photo, change their level or role, control status, renew membership and review activity.
The list can be filtered to quickly find a member or identify members whose reward is ready. Member data can also be exported to CSV, and a printable version of the card can be saved or handed to the member.
Track membership, loyalty and coupon indicators
Dedicated statistics can, depending on the analytics level available, show:
- programme QR scans and programme views;
- registrations and scan → registration conversion rate;
- active, expired, suspended and pending members;
- cards expiring soon and renewals;
- personal card views and member QR scans;
- points issued and rewards redeemed;
- coupon campaigns, impressions, opens and redemptions;
- coupon open → redemption rate.
These indicators help distinguish a programme that is simply distributed from one that is genuinely used by its members.
One card that can evolve without changing distributed QR codes
The programme's public QR can be placed at a counter, on a poster, shop window, flyer, ticket or other medium. It opens the programme presentation and registration journey.
Each member keeps their own individual link and personal QR. If you change the programme name, reward, membership duration, visible coupons or visual design, you update the showcase in GreenQRCode and existing QR codes continue to open their intended destination.
Customise the card identity
Advanced customisation provides three starting palettes: Navy & Gold, Burgundy & Platinum and Graphite & Azure.
You can then adjust primary, secondary, background, surface, text and button colours, choose a system font or one of the available Google Fonts, and change hero, card, button and content-width styles.
The many visibility controls also make it possible to build very different cards depending on whether membership, loyalty or promotions are the main priority.
Good practices for a useful programme
- Enable only the modules you need. An association does not need points if it only uses membership.
- Explain the reward clearly. Members should understand how points are earned and what they receive at the threshold.
- Define precise coupon rules. Dates, limits and targeting avoid ambiguity at redemption time.
- Ask only for useful data. Configure name, email and phone fields according to your real need.
- Watch expiry dates. Cards approaching expiry can be identified so renewals can be organised.
- Test both the programme QR and a real member card. Check the complete journey before distribution.

Suggestion: “Programme QR → registration → personal card + member QR → points / membership / coupons → renewal and analytics”.
Combine membership, loyalty and promotions without multiplying cards
The strength of the Membership & Loyalty Card is maintaining one member identity while letting the organisation choose the modules it actually needs. The same member can keep their number and QR while membership is renewed, points change and new offers are assigned.
This creates a digital card suitable for a commercial loyalty programme, association or club without creating a different QR for every benefit.
